The hotel was within easy walking distance of all amenities. The welcome was lovely and warm from reception and maintenance staff alike. The room was clean, quiet, and comfort was maintained by an effective A/C unit.

The location was perfect, very close to cheapest garage in Murcia. Staff was very friendly and helpful, providing us with very good tips where to eat and which restaurants/bars to visit. room was standard size, nothing fancy. Very clean, towels can be better, looked old but clean.

Perfect location for visiting the city. You can park right outside to drop off / unload. Parking publico is 5 mins away the hotel will provide a discount on the rate (€22 for 24 hours). The car park is fine, no scary narrow ramps to hit your car! Only thing to mention in the bathroom - the shower tray was more slippery than the Cresta-run, be very careful. Breakfast was very pleasant with a big choice of options. Would certainly use this hotel again, very pleased.

Very nice hotel in a fabulous location for the old town, few minutes away from the Cathedral and Plaza de las Flores, Teatro Romeo etc. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice. Tea and coffee facility in the bedroom.

Big, modern, shiny and clean. Reception is big and shiny and friendly with some seating. Downstairs is the breakfast room and various other rooms; gym, tele room. My bedroom is big and bright and clean. Huge bed with nice clean bedding. Window, desk and chair, fridge and safe. Tele. Air conditioning. Very clean and quiet. Shower. Bright. Bidet & toilet. Good towels and toiletries. Soft close toilet! Breakfast was plentiful and good. Outside is the street very near the cathedral. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Clean and quiet and friendly. Complimentary water. Allowed me to leave my rucksack until my bus. Good staff.
